These Terms of Service govern your use of DevCloud services, including VPS hosting, account access, billing, and related platform features.

1. Service Use

You agree to use DevCloud services responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the applications, files, databases, and activities hosted on your VPS.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account login details, server credentials, SSH keys, and passwords secure.

3. Billing and Renewal

VPS services are billed based on the selected plan. Failure to renew before expiry may lead to suspension or termination of the VPS service.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use DevCloud for spam, phishing, malware, crypto mining, illegal content, abusive traffic, attacks, or activities that damage server/IP reputation.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but maintenance, network issues, upstream provider issues, or security incidents may affect availability.

6. Changes

DevCloud may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
