Refund Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for DevCloud VPS services.

1. VPS Provisioning

Once a VPS has been provisioned and server resources have been assigned, refunds may be limited because infrastructure resources have already been reserved.

2. Failed Provisioning

If payment is successful but VPS provisioning fails due to an issue from DevCloud, we may either resolve the issue, reprovision the VPS, or process a refund where appropriate.

3. User Error

Refunds may not apply where the issue is caused by wrong usage, deleted files, misconfiguration, abuse, policy violation, or failure to renew on time.

4. Abuse or Policy Violation

Accounts suspended for prohibited use, abuse, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may not qualify for a refund.

5. Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
