This policy explains what is allowed and not allowed on DevCloud infrastructure.

Allowed Use

You may use DevCloud VPS services for websites, applications, APIs, development projects, school projects, portfolios, demos, bots, and lawful business tools.

Prohibited Use

• Spam, phishing, scams, or impersonation.
• Malware, botnets, exploit hosting, or attack tools.
• Crypto mining or resource abuse.
• Illegal content or activities.
• DDoS activity, scanning, brute-force attacks, or abusive traffic.
• Any activity that damages IP reputation or affects other users.

Enforcement

DevCloud may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, especially where abuse, security risk, or legal risk is involved.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content, scripts, applications, and traffic running on your VPS.
